Salvus AI (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects the privacy of everyone who visits this site, books a Systems Audit, or runs a system we built. This page covers the basics. If anything here needs more detail for your compliance team, email info@salvus-ai.com and we will share the longer version.

What we collect on this site

  • Information you submit through the contact form: name, email, company, role, and whatever you write in the message field.
  • Standard server and analytics signals: IP address, page views, referrer, device type. We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful.
  • Cookies for session continuity, analytics, and (if you ever click “subscribe”) your newsletter status.

What we do with it

  • Reply to your inquiry, schedule the audit, and keep track of the engagement.
  • Understand which pages and posts are working so we can make better ones.
  • Send our monthly field notes if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe in one click in any email.

What we do not do

  • Sell or rent your information to advertisers or data brokers.
  • Train public AI models on private client data. Anything you share in the context of an engagement stays in the systems we build for you.
  • Track you across the open web. We use first-party analytics on this site and that is it.

Client data inside the systems we build

When we operate AI assistants, CRM workflows, RAG systems, or custom software for a client, the client’s data lives in infrastructure the client owns. Code, repos, deployment, and documentation are handed to the client. We do not retain copies of client data outside the engagement.

HIPAA and regulated industries

For clients in dental, medical, legal, and other regulated verticals, Salvus AI offers a paid HIPAA add-on that includes BAA-supporting infrastructure and additional controls. Reach out for the full compliance overview.

Your rights

If you are in a jurisdiction with data-rights laws (US states with comprehensive privacy laws, EU/UK under GDPR, California under CPRA, and others), you can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing info@salvus-ai.com. We respond within 30 days.
