These terms cover your use of salvus-ai.com and related Salvus AI marketing properties. They do not cover the terms of an engagement with Salvus AI as a client. Those are negotiated and signed separately.
Use of this site
- You can read, share, and reference any content on this site for personal or business use.
- You cannot scrape, mirror, or republish entire pages without attribution and prior written permission. Quotes with a link back are fine.
- Booking a Systems Audit through the contact form is a request, not a contract. We confirm within one business day, schedule the call, and only proceed if both sides agree on scope.
Salvus AI content and IP
The Salvus AI name, logo, and brand assets are ours. Page copy, blog posts, vlog scripts, case studies, and other Salvus publications are copyrighted to Salvus AI.
Code and systems we build during a client engagement belong to the client, not to Salvus AI. That ownership is locked in the engagement contract, not by these site terms.
No warranty on free content
The blog, vlog, and other free content are informational. They reflect how we work and how we think. They are not a substitute for a paid engagement with an actual professional reviewing your actual situation. Use what is here at your own discretion.
Liability
Salvus AI is not liable for losses, damages, or costs that result from how you used the free content on this site. Paid engagement work has its own liability terms in the signed contract.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business grows. The last-updated date at the top of this page is authoritative.
