Two locations to #1 on Google and 1,065 new-client leads in six months

A six-month growth program across two locations: local SEO, Google and Meta ads, a compliant CRM, AI booking and reviews agents, two booking websites, and social channels, run by one team as one system.

1,065leads

New-client leads captured across both locations (699 at the first, 366 at the second) in one CRM.

#1local rank

Both locations ranked #1 in Google’s local pack for their highest-value services at engagement end.

82booked

Appointments booked by the AI agent across 4,164 messages handled (54 at the first location, 28 at the second).

5.0rating

Google rating at both locations, with 100% of reviews answered by the AI reviews agent.

01

Where they started

In January 2026, neither location showed up where customers were looking. Local Falcon map scans put the first location at an average visibility score (SoLV) of 5 and the second at 0. Competitors with hundreds of reviews owned the local pack for every high-value service, and there was no system capturing the leads that did come in.

The engagement grew out of an earlier single-location build: a no-show reactivation automation that recovered 47% of otherwise-lost appointments in its first 90 days. That result set up the full program. Both locations, every channel, one system.

02

What we built

One team ran every channel as a single system. Local SEO and Google Business Profile work for both locations. Three Google Ads campaigns. Meta campaigns with English and Spanish creatives. Two booking websites with blogs. Facebook and Instagram pages for both locations, a Nextdoor page, and an influencer partnership.

Underneath it all sat a compliant CRM that captured every lead from every channel, with 520 leads auto-summarized by AI for the front desk. An AI booking agent handled inbound conversations and booked appointments directly. An AI reviews agent answered 100% of Google reviews, and both locations hold a 5.0 rating (34 and 24 reviews).

The ads, the SEO, the CRM, the AI agents, and the websites were built to feed each other, not run as separate vendor silos.
03

The proof

At engagement end, both locations ranked #1 in Google’s local pack for their highest-value services. For the first location’s core search, the business ranks #1 with 34 reviews, above a competitor with 954. Google’s AI Overview cites the business among its sources for that service in its market, and the supporting blog ranks organically on page one.

Local Falcon tracked 68 keywords across 640 map scans. Average SoLV moved from 5 to 28 at the first location and from 0 to 25 at the second, with 17 keywords now in the top 3 across both. Individual keywords moved further: one service search went from a SoLV of 0 to 98, another from 1 to 98, and the first location’s core search from 0 to 89.

The cleanest evidence is the markets where the program did not run. In two neighboring markets, the business does not appear in top results. Same business, same brand, no program, no visibility. That isolates the program’s effect.

04

What it produced

1,065 new-client leads captured across both locations: 699 at the first, 366 at the second. Google Ads delivered 438 conversions from 2,264 clicks and 108,132 impressions across 3 campaigns, at an average cost per conversion of $33.95, with the second location’s Search campaign converting at 19.64%. Meta produced 800 leads at an average cost per lead of $11.50, reaching 278,670 people.

The AI booking agent engaged 573 contacts, handled 4,164 messages, and booked 82 appointments (54 at the first location, 28 at the second). Call tracking, live for the final two weeks of the engagement, logged 105 calls with 96.2% answered and 85 first-time callers.

05

Where things stand at handoff

The engagement closed in June 2026 with an exit review dated July 1. The client keeps the assets: two booking websites, the social pages, the review base, the CRM records, and the rankings those assets earned. The ads, the AI agents, and the ongoing SEO work are programs; they produce while they are managed.

Every number in this case study is drawn from the source platforms: Local Falcon, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, the CRM, and call tracking. Nothing is estimated.

Across roughly six months, this program took both locations to #1 in Google’s local results for their highest-value services and generated 1,065 new-client leads.
